About ICICA-2026

7th International conference on International Conference and Intelligent Computing and Applications (ICICA-2026) provides a dynamic platform for researchers, professionals, and students to present and discuss the latest advancements across a wide range of fields, including machine learning, artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain, image processing, and speech processing. These events encourage interdisciplinary collaboration, bridging gaps between academia and industry, and exploring practical applications of emerging technologies. Participants engage in paper presentations, keynote talks, and technical workshops that showcase innovative solutions, algorithms, and frameworks. Peer-reviewed and selected papers after oral presentation will be published in the Nova Science Publishers Proceedings,
which is indexed in Scopus.

About Government College of Engineering, Kalahandi

Government College of Engineering, Kalahandi was established in the year 2009 by Govt. of Odisha and is affiliated to Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT), Odisha. The Institute is located at Bhawanipatna, the district headquarters of Kalahandi. It offers B.Tech program in four disciplines; Civil Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering, M.Tech in Power System Engineering and Thermal Engineering. The Department of Electrical Engineering is accredited with National Board of Accreditation. The Institute is also recognised as the Nodal Centre of research by BPUT for conducting Ph.D programme. With a dedicated faculty and modern facilities, the Institute strives to prepare students for successful careers while contributing to regional development and addressing local challenges through research and community engagement.

About Computer Science & Engineering Department

CSE Department

The Department of Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), established in 2009, offers an undergraduate program affiliated with Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT), Rourkela. The Bachelor of Engineering program, which commenced in 2009-10 with a current intake of 60 students, provides comprehensive knowledge in computing specialties, preparing students for both industry and academic careers. Known for its excellent results and seven well-equipped laboratories, the department continuously strives to improve program delivery and maintains strong alumni support.
