Paper Submission

Author Guidelines

Submissions should be limited to a maximum of five pages, formatted in double-column style , including all figures and references. The standard submission covers the first five pages; any additional pages will incur a fee of ₹1,000 or USD 10 per page. All accepted papers, with at least one author registered at the full conference fee, must be presented at the event to be considered for inclusion in the official proceedings.

All submissions will be thoroughly peer-reviewed by experts based on originality, significance, clarity. You can download the template from the provided link:

All papers must be submitted via email.

  • Only papers presenting original content with novel research results or successful innovative applications will be considered for publication in the conference proceeding.
  • Oral presentation of all accepted papers is mandatory in order to be included in the Nova Science publication.
  • The figures in the manuscript should be of good resolution (300 dpi or more), tables should not be in pictorial format. Figures should be visible within boundary of the text area of the page and MUST not go beyond it.
  • Authors can't be added or removed at later stage. The document should not have any password protection. Do not put your own page numbers on the manuscript.
  • The decision regarding the acceptance of a paper is at the discretion of the Technical Program Committee based on novelty, plagiarism, review etc.
  • Accepted, registered, and presented papers will be submitted for publication with Nova Science Publication in the conference proceedings. Nova Science Publication/Organizing Committee will conduct quality checks on the accepted papers and only papers that pass these checks will be published.
  • Plagarism Guidelines

    ICICA-2026 strictly implements plagiarism and self-plagiarism policy. Plagiarism found at any stage of manuscript publication will be taken as a serious concern and Nova Science Publication/Organizing Committee may take suitable action accordingly. The contents of the manuscripts should be original and must not be submitted simultaneously for consideration towards publication in another conference or journal.
    Plagarism should not be more than 15%
